Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of relevant experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in LMS administration Proficiency in administering an LMS, specifically Absorb or a similar learning management system Experience in mid to large size corporate LMS (Absorb, Cornerstone, Workday, Continu, Bridge, Docebo, or similar) Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 Articulate 360 certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain certification Previous experience in project management, service-related fields, or administrative support is preferred
Responsibilities:
Organizing, scheduling, and completing projects for training deliverables Managing training content within the LMS Developing and maintaining eLearning courses Providing technical support to users and troubleshooting LMS issues Uploading, organizing, and managing learning content within the LMS Collaborating with internal teams to optimize the system Generating reports on client training progress and course completion rates Scheduling and organizing project meetings Managing project-related paperwork Identifying and raising potential problems and technical issues Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards Acting as a liaison between the project team and stakeholders
