Requirements:
1+ Year of professional care coordination experience in a complex environment. Experience with cancer care coordination is a bonus. Concierge level customer service with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highest standards of ethics and personal integrity with a demonstrated capacity for discretion and handling confidential information. High versatility and ability to thrive in a multitasking, ever-evolving, fast-paced role. A positive, energetic, client-focused, can-do orientation. Highly technologically adept. College graduate strongly preferred (BA or BS).
Responsibilities:
Proactively support and assess clients’ care needs through direct communication. Collaborate closely with clinicians and researchers as a member of the client's care team. Manage client engagements from welcome email to registration completion. Facilitate scheduling and billing support. Take ownership of all details related to client meetings, ensuring follow-up and completion of action items. Partner with researchers to assess clinical trial eligibility and enrollment processes.
