Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions Understand client goals and ensure the firm’s services align with their expectations Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, current and potential clients Collaborate with marketing and attorneys to identify and pursue new business opportunities Coordinate with attorneys, claims professionals, and internal departments to deliver timely, high-quality service Monitor client satisfaction, identify improvement opportunities, and help implement solutions Address and resolve client concerns and complaints professionally and proactively Facilitate trainings, file reviews and other account management duties as necessary Occasional travel will be required for client meetings and events
