Requirements:
Strong writing and editing skills. Experience creating or coordinating content for digital platforms. Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Express. Experience using event or content platforms (Blackthorn - training available). Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Able to collaborate well with internal teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint). Experience with project/task management tools such as Monday.com. Ability to manage and track budgets and expenses. Bachelor's Degree
Responsibilities:
Write and edit content for various initiatives (website, emails, social media, etc.). Create simple graphics and visual assets using tools like Canva. Coordinate communications via email, CMS, or social channels. Maintain organized digital files and content libraries. Collaborate with Marketing and Events teams for aligned messaging. Help build and maintain event registration pages and forms. Assist with digital updates to event pages. Create on-site event resources and materials. Ensure content aligns with event goals and guest experience. Create cohesive participant journeys from first touchpoint to event completion.
