Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, advanced degree preferred (PharmD, RN, NP). 7+ years of experience in a commercial function of a high-performing biopharmaceutical organization (or equivalent with advanced degrees). 3+ years of experience in oncology, neurology and/or rare disease. 3+ years of experience in designing highly effective training programs for field-based employees. 3+ years of experience in developing learning curriculums. Expert level knowledge and experience of the end-to-end learning process. Expert level ability to interpret customer needs and translate market insights. Strong clinical background with ability to translate clinical data into learning material. Strong foundation in virtual engagement platforms (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams, Webex & Adobe Connect). Demonstrated experience working across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Teams. Excellent live presentation skills. Strong facilitation and training capabilities. Ability to work and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented organization. Evidenced innovative thinking. Strength in multi-tasking, prioritization, attention to detail, and organization. Outstanding communication and project management skill. Embraces an entrepreneurial mindset.
