Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences; advanced degree preferred (PharmD, RN, NP). 7+ years of experience in a commercial function of a high-performing biopharmaceutical organization (with Bachelor's); or 5+ years (with Master's); or 3+ years (with PhD); or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in oncology, neurology and/or rare disease. 3+ years of experience in designing highly effective training programs for field-based employees. 3+ years of experience in developing learning curriculums, including training workshops. Expert level knowledge and experience of the end-to-end learning process. Expert level ability to interpret customer needs and translate market insights into effective programs. Strong clinical background with the ability to translate clinical data into understandable learning material. Strong foundation in virtual engagement platforms (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams, Webex & Adobe Connect). Ability to work and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented organization. Demonstrated experience in working across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Teams. Excellent live presentation skills. Strong facilitation and training capabilities. Ability to travel at least 30%.
Responsibilities:
Develop learning objectives by collaborating with brand and field leadership teams. Design and deliver multimodal L&D programs and schedules for field teams. Manage vendors and associated operating expenses. Collaborate with IT, HR, and Commercial business partners to design and deploy learning solutions. Deliver experiential workshops during national launch/POA and strategic commercial meetings. Audit training program effectiveness in the field (30% of time). Deploy tailored onboarding, field training plans, and continuous learning curriculum. Perform other duties to secure field force effectiveness.
