Prospect businesses and identify new partners Identify, develop, and manage the database of potential and current customers Work as a team with vendor partners and internal DSI Channel teams to strategize best practices Manage existing portfolio of dealers to drive new sales and keep DIRECTV at the forefront Provide training on new offers and promotions Handle escalations in a prompt manner Launch marketing/incentive programs Provide sales support and guidance to partners Maintain dealer adherence to policies, procedures, and contractual guidelines Track and interpret sales data to identify opportunities, trends, and actionable insights Present performance metrics and pipeline updates to leadership Meet with key customers and potential clients, attend vendor and internal meetings Support dealers across DIRECTV Commercial, Lodging & Institution (L&I) verticals
