Technical Account Manager (French/English)

3+ years of technical client-facing experience Working knowledge of Linux and/or Mac OS X command line Able to read code and write code in Python, Java, Swift, or a similar object-oriented language Working knowledge of IDEs such as Xcode and Android Studio Knowledge of how to leverage APIs Able to handle a wide range of customer personas and skill sets Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Fluent or professional French speaker (C1-C2) Experience experimenting with AI tools or eagerness to learn

Coordinate new customer activities Act as a primary point of contact for customers Provide metrics to track and report customer activities Provide world-class support and ownership for customer challenges Partner with Engineering and Product teams to resolve issues Assist in writing documentation and knowledge-based articles Participate in QA processes Interface with customers in final stages of contracting Contribute to the development of Technical Account Management policies Provide proactive training and guidance
