2+ years of experience working in Technical Account Management, pre-sales, or similar work. Experience in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Effective time management and organizational skills. Comfortable traveling 25% of the time. Comfortable presenting in front of groups. Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis (preferred). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) (preferred). Experience with programming or scripting languages (preferred). Familiarity with MSP tools (RMMs, PSAs) (preferred). Familiarity with SIEM tools (Elastic, Splunk) (preferred).
