Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare related field. 1+ years experience in a similar sales/success role preferred. Experience within a healthcare organization and/or a passion for the healthcare industry preferred. Creative approach to prospecting using traditional and new technologies. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute outreach strategies to establish provider relationships and acquire patient referrals. Prospect provider organizations using email, phone calls, and innovative sales channels. Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities. Manage initial stages of the acquisition/sales cycle. Promote networking events and identify potential referring providers. Provide lead distribution and discovery to assigned representatives. Contribute to the development of the BDR team. Stay informed about the eating disorder and behavioral health treatment landscape. Seek feedback to improve outreach strategies and tactics.
