Proven experience in a sales role selling to ag retail companies Strong understanding of precision agriculture and related technologies Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade senior decision-makers Strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills Sales acumen, with experience in driving renewals and account expansion Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about customer needs and solutions Strong communication and relationship-building skills Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on renewals and upselling Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Technology, or a related field Previous experience in a customer-facing role within an Ag Tech company minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the ag retail industry
