Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience in finance, operations, or a similar cross-functional role (hardware or consumer products a plus). Proactive self-starter. Exceptionally organized with strong operational instincts. Highly reliable, positive, and resourceful. Comfortable in early-stage ambiguity; able to build processes from zero. Strong analytical skills and financial fluency; excellent with spreadsheets and modeling. Ego-free, and collaborative. Excellent communicator who can switch between high-level strategy and in-the-weeds execution. Motivated to help build a meaningful health & wellbeing company.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage financial models, budgets, forecasts, and scenario planning. Establish and manage accounting, bookkeeping, cash flow management, and expense workflows. Coordinate financial reporting and support fundraising efforts. Prepare investor updates, diligence materials, and board communications. Own demand planning and unit economics for the hardware business. Manage banking relationships, loans, payments, and financial compliance. Oversee manufacturing timelines and coordinate with hardware/firmware/supply-chain partners. Develop and manage logistics, order fulfillment, and inventory systems. Track production schedules and inventory health. Build efficient processes for scaling. Serve as the operational point person for launch readiness and product rollout. Manage vendor agreements, NDAs, and contract workflows. Maintain corporate governance documents and compliance. Administer equity through Carta and support cap table updates. Coordinate insurance needs and risk management. Support onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR administration. Support hiring processes and candidate coordination. Help shape team culture, internal communication, and rhythms. Manage benefits enrollment and employee documentation.
