Director of Finance

CPA required 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally combining public accounting and industry (startup or SaaS experience strongly preferred) Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting Hands-on operator who enjoys building structure in a fast-moving environment Proven ability to manage and develop accounting staff Strong communicator who can translate complex accounting concepts into clear business insights Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and presenting to executive and board audiences Motivated by growth and the opportunity to shape the finance function of a scaling global company

Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and expense management Lead and mentor a Senior Accountant while managing relationships with our external accounting and audit partners Drive the monthly close and financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP Prepare and present financial reports and insights for executive leadership and the board Maintain and strengthen internal controls, policies, and documentation Partner closely with the Go-To-Market organization to align financial processes with rapid commercial expansion Support global operations, including new market entry, billing, and revenue recognition Collaborate with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis Identify and implement systems and process improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency
