Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis General knowledge of Microsoft Word for documentation Ability to read and understand XML structures Excellent time management skills Experience with SQL for database queries and updates (preferred) Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI (preferred) Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or Insomnia (preferred) Basic coding experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Java, and .NET (preferred) Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain accurate promotion data for provider offers Conduct on-hand QA testing for promotion data changes Perform general QA testing within the SARA Plus platform Track and analyze order reporting to identify and resolve promotion-related defects Collaborate with internal teams for seamless promotion integration Recommend process enhancements for data accuracy and efficiency
