MuleSoft Systems Analyst

4+ years of experience as a System Analyst in integration solutions. 2+ years of experience with MuleSoft. Degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant experience. Thorough understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services. Proven experience with MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform. Knowledge of HTTP Protocol. Experience with SQL queries and data analysis. Knowledge of UML and experience with diagrams. Experience with API testing tools like Postman/SoapUI. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Knowledge of common end-to-end business processes.

Analyze business requirements and create integration solutions. Prepare functional/non-functional documents. Document technical solutions in Confluence. Evaluate current systems and processes for improvements. Collaborate with business partners, program managers, and cross-functional teams. Support development and QA teams. Conduct status update meetings. Take ownership of backlog building and grooming. Establish relationships with business partners.
