5+ years of hands-on experience in B2C performance marketing, digital advertising or user acquisition for a consumer SaaS, app or subscription product Proven success directly managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads and at least one additional platform Demonstrated ability to scale spend while maintaining strong CAC, ROAS and LTV/CAC ratios Deep expertise in acquisition funnel optimization, landing page testing and creative experimentation Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Singular, Google Analytics, Looker or similar analytics tools Highly data-driven with the ability to build models, analyze trends and develop actionable insights Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience partnering cross-functionally with product, web, design and analytics teams Ability to prioritize, move quickly and thrive in an environment with aggressive growth targets Cybersecurity or privacy industry experience is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
