Experience defining success frameworks and operational models from scratch. Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Comfort with data-driven reporting, partner metrics, and CRM tools. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority. Personal interest in collectibles, gaming, or digital fandoms is highly desirable.
