Requirements:
8+ years in Partner Success, Client Success, or Strategic Account Management roles. Proven track record of building, leading, and scaling success or account teams. Experience defining success frameworks and operational models from scratch. Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Comfort with data-driven reporting, partner metrics, and CRM tools. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority. Personal interest in collectibles, gaming, or digital fandoms is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute a scalable partner success framework. Build and maintain trusted relationships with key partners. Oversee the onboarding experience for partners. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams. Track, analyze, and report on partner KPIs. Hire, mentor, and lead a Partner Success team. Define processes, playbooks, and tools for streamlined communication. Act as a brand ambassador at industry events.
