Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a partner-facing role, preferably in sales or customer success. Knowledge of the MSP space, especially within the cyber-security industry, is a plus. Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM. Ability to deliver customer and partner engagement professionally with strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a hyper-growth environment. Capability to manage multiple priorities and a large book of business. Strong ability to execute customer success strategies and initiatives across all accounts. Strong bias to action and ability to achieve tasks efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Manage a book of business with hundreds of partners and customers for maintenance, growth, and churn reduction. Act as a trusted advisor to partners, delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and adoption. Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within partner organizations. Collaborate with the team to achieve goals for partner retention, expansion, and satisfaction. Devise creative and valuable methods for partner engagement.
