Requirements:
8+ years experience in sales/digital/social. Strong Melbourne market network. Understanding of ad platforms (e.g., Pinterest Ads Manager). Experience working closely with brands and agencies. Experience working across Retail. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet/surpass sales targets. Strong comprehension of Measurement and its application. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence business decision makers at executive level. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities:
Grow book of business and drive growth for top retail groups. Increase face-to-face engagements and provide exceptional partnership experience. Deliver and exceed sales targets through high in-person engagement and strategic consulting. Forge long-term plans and learning agendas for customers. Build Go to Market plans with Retail Media teams. Partner with the CPG team for collaboration and a coherent go-to-market plan. Represent Pinterest with integrity and knowledge, acting as an advisor. Collaborate with internal support teams (measurement, creative strategy). Work with Sydney-based extended team.
