Design, develop and deliver insight led integrated brand and consumer experiences in offline channels. Leverage consumer insights to develop experiential marketing programs. Deliver and optimize engagement programs to improve conversion rates. Negotiate agreements with and manage Consumer Engagement agencies. Lead a team of professionals to develop and oversee in-market engagement programs. Collaborate with cross functional partners to develop communication messages. Deliver programs on strategy, on time, and on budget. Work closely with US Commercial leadership in shaping offline engagement strategies. Identify and evaluate untapped geographies for potential market entry. Develop tailored approaches to increase Juul’s presence and market share in new regions.
