Bachelor’s degree with 10-15 years of product management experience. 5+ years of Product Management experience in Digital-first engagement or Cloud Contact Center. Proven experience with digital channel engagement for inbound and outreach. Experience applying LLM/AI technology to enhance digital engagement is a plus. Extensive track record of building product management strategies, prioritizing roadmaps, shaping pricing, and delivering product launches. 3+ years of experience managing a team of product managers. Experience organizing and running beta programs, user feedback, and A/B testing. Experience in assessing and integrating with technology partners. Strong business acumen, analytical, and strategic abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
