Proven track record of launching scalable, customer-facing products that drive measurable revenue and retention impact. Experience managing and mentoring product teams in agile environments. Strong technical fluency; able to translate business needs into requirements for engineering and data science. Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, KPI development, and incrementality testing. Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with global eCommerce platforms such as Shopify Plus, SFCC, or similar. Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML applications in personalization, guided commerce, or loyalty ecosystems.
