Senior Director, Product Management

10+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years leading platform or infrastructure-focused product teams. Proven experience developing and managing platform products such as APIs, developer tools, identity/auth, data services, or cloud-native infrastructure. Lead and execute ambitious platform roadmap with measurable outcomes. Strong technical acumen and ability to engage deeply with engineering and architecture teams. Demonstrated ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Track record of building and mentoring high-performing product teams. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus. Experience working on multi-tenant SaaS and cloud platforms. Familiarity with microservices architecture, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Define and own the long-term platform product vision and strategy. Build and execute a comprehensive platform product roadmap. Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Legal, and other Product teams. Lead and grow a high-performing team of product managers. Champion an outstanding developer experience by driving improvements in APIs, SDKs, documentation, sandbox environments, and tools. Establish frameworks and standards for platform capabilities, data management, service orchestration, and integrations. Define KPIs and success metrics for platform usage, reliability, scalability, and adoption. Act as the voice of the Twilio platform across the organization.
