Head of Operations

10+ years of experience in Operations, Chief of Staff, Strategy, or Business Operations roles Experience in a high-growth or startup environment (SaaS or healthcare setting preferred) Proven experience partnering directly with CEOs or executive leadership teams Track record of building and scaling cross-functional processes Experience driving change management, scaling organizational infrastructure, and improving operational efficiency Prior involvement in board prep, investor relations coordination, or executive-level communications strongly preferred Exceptional organizational and communication skills Strong analytical and systems-thinking approach Collaborative leader High level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence

Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO Represent the CEO in internal meetings Advise functional leaders on process design and problem-solving Coordinate board and investor materials Provide strategic oversight of People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Business Operations Develop, implement, and optimize alignment across departments Improve communication and alignment between leadership and middle management Coordinate company-wide planning processes Evaluate internal tools and workflows; drive improvements Support resource planning and budgeting processes Build mechanisms to surface operational risks Monitor KPIs and operational metrics Evaluate and refine internal meetings
