Architect the GTM operating system, including funnel definitions, lifecycle logic, and operational SLAs. Design and govern the forecasting and planning system, including methodology and inspection cadence. Own CRM governance (HubSpot), defining data models, workflows, and hygiene standards. Define commercial guardrails for pricing, discounting, and deal routing; operate Deal Desk. Establish the foundations of the quote-to-cash process end-to-end. Partner with GTM leadership to diagnose funnel performance and drive improvements. Strengthen revenue clarity and commercial rigor by publishing definitions and codifying processes. Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering on instrumentation, data capture, and integration. Stand up the first RevOps team, defining team charter and hiring needs.
