7+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing 3+ years managing prescreen direct mail programs at scale (3M+ mail pieces/month) Hands-on ability to write SQL queries and conduct independent performance analysis Experience authoring creative briefs and managing creative development, testing, and production workflows Proven ability to partner effectively across technical and creative teams Skilled at orchestrating multi-channel acquisition strategies, including direct mail, digital, email, and retargeting Strong project management and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail Bachelor’s degree required
