Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in direct or lifecycle marketing Proven ability to build and maintain multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, reputation, direct mail) Experience contributing to strategy, messaging, testing, and optimization Strong proficiency with marketing automation tools, including ServiceTitan Marketing Pro or similar Adaptability to learn new features and guide clients through evolving best practices Analytical, data-driven approach using performance metrics Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including direct response and client-facing contexts Client-centric mindset with proactive engagement and problem-solving skills Ability to operate independently and make informed recommendations
