Manage and coach a team of Account Directors and Account Managers Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer impact Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting Define and hit quarterly revenue goals Drive strategies for account expansion and renewals Act as escalation point for at-risk customers and lead retention efforts Implement proactive solutions to reduce churn or paused accounts Build and refine processes for account planning, reviews, forecasting, and lifecycle management Collaborate across teams to streamline workflows and improve handoffs Identify and implement operational improvements for team efficiency and scalability
