Requirements:
7-10 years of B2B client-facing experience in a high-tech environment. Evidence of account growth/impact. Experience negotiating and closing large, complex commercial contracts for F100 companies. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to give compelling presentations. Experience in leading cross-functional projects with a high attention to detail. Ability to build and manage productive internal and external relationships. Outstanding executive presence. Excellent analytical abilities. Knowledge of retail, consumer finance offerings, integrated software solutions, and e-commerce preferred. Comfortable using Salesforce and standard BI tools.
Responsibilities:
Act as SME and team lead for managing complex accounts in omni-retail. Oversee a large portfolio of key strategic accounts. Develop and drive strategic initiatives including contract negotiation, pricing, and expansion. Lead and execute sophisticated account plans. Analyze partner performance and recommend programs for product adoption and expansion. Orchestrate cross-functional teams to execute partnership initiatives. Manage customer health and ensure satisfaction. Drive customer advocacy and critical issue resolution.
