Requirements:
Experience negotiating and closing large, complex commercial contracts. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities. Experience in leading cross-functional projects with high attention to detail. Ability to build productive internal and external relationships and influence outcomes. Excellent analytical abilities to review merchant performance and report on program impact. Comfortable using Salesforce and standard BI tools. Responsibilities:
Oversee a portfolio of key accounts. Develop and drive strategic initiatives including contract negotiation, pricing, and expansion. Develop and execute account plans including financing optimizations, executive relationship engagement, and marketing strategies. Analyze partner performance and recommend programs to increase product adoption and visibility. Orchestrate cross-functional teams to execute partnership initiatives. Manage customer health and ensure satisfaction. Drive customer advocacy and critical issue resolution.
