Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or a related commercial role. 3+ years of experience in transportation/logistics or within the SaaS industry serving the transportation sector. Demonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts while achieving retention and growth targets. Exceptional skills in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Strong analytical skills for reviewing product usage, adoption data, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and experience tracking deal stages, forecasts, and renewal activities. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
