Workday Senior HCM Consultant

3-5 years of Workday HCM experience Experience working with or implementing Workday for public sector organizations Understanding of public sector HR structures Experience with Workday business processes, condition rules, and calculated fields Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Participation in at least one full-cycle Workday implementation Workday certification in HCM (preferred) Familiarity with public sector-specific reporting and compliance requirements (preferred) Knowledge of Workday security design and domain configuration (preferred)

Configure and deploy Workday HCM modules Translate complex HR business processes into Workday solutions Collaborate with HR, IT, and functional leads Lead or support functional workstreams during Workday implementations Conduct testing activities Provide ongoing production support Ensure Workday security roles reflect proper segregation of duties Stay up to date with Workday releases
