Workday HCM – Senior Manager

8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree or 2 years of work experience with a PhD 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD 5+ years’ experience with Workday HCM and Security configurations Experience with Workday EIBs, calculated fields, advanced custom reports, and dashboards Exceptional communication and customer facing skills Active listener, customer focused, relationship builder, team player Strong follow-through, ability to drive to closure and resolution of complex system issues Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

Configure and maintain the core Human Capital Management (HCM) system Support Workday and external system touchpoints Act as the product manager for Workday HCM Analyze, design, configure, test, implement, and maintain systems for mobility and total rewards programs Create and maintain system documentation Coordinate with HR subject matter experts to define requirements and solutions Manage relationships with HR stakeholders Seek and identify continuous improvement opportunities Perform unit and quality assurance testing Conduct root cause analysis and recommend system enhancements
