5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree or 0 years of work experience with a PhD (Basic Qualifications) 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD (Preferred Qualifications) 3+ years’ experience with Workday HCM and Security configurations Experience with Workday EIBs, calculated fields, advanced custom reports, and dashboards Exceptional communication and customer facing skills Ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of global stakeholders Active listener, customer focused, relationship builder, team player Strong follow-through and ability to drive complex system issues to resolution Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Attention to detail and accuracy Workday Pro Certification(s)

Configuring and maintaining the core Human Capital Management (HCM) system Supporting Workday and external system touchpoints Championing enhancements and providing creative solutions for efficiency Analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, implementing, and maintaining systems for mobility and total rewards programs Creating and maintaining system documentation Coordinating with HR subject matter experts to define requirements and solutions Managing relationships with HR stakeholders Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and providing technical guidance Performing unit and quality assurance testing Developing subject matter expertise in distinct business processes and applications Conducting root cause analysis and recommending system enhancements
