Workday Finance Systems, Senior Manager

Four (4) year college degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. Five (5) or more years of hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and supporting Workday Financials modules. Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles. Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, EIBs, Core Connectors, and other Workday development tools and technologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to perform at a high level within finance organizations. Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.

Configure and customize Workday Financials modules. Develop and implement custom Workday solutions (reports, dashboards, integrations). Manage integrations between Workday Financials and other systems. Monitor data migration and conversion activities. Lead testing efforts for Workday Financials. Provide expert-level support to end-users on Workday Financials functionality. Monitor system performance and implement enhancements. Support Workday feature release updates. Perform security maintenance. Create and maintain technical documentation. Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and training workshops. Recommend system enhancements.
