Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or experience working in ABA environments Previous recruitment or staffing experience Excellent communication skills, especially in phone-based interactions Strong organizational and computer skills (Smartsheet preferred; Excel/Google Sheets acceptable) Enthusiastic, people-focused personality with strong relationship-building skills Ability to think creatively and “outside the box” when sourcing candidates Eager to learn and adapt, with strong follow-through and attention to detail Fixed fibre line with minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and ability to support a wired Ethernet connection Reliable power backup solution

Post and manage job ads across platforms Source candidates in targeted geographic areas Conduct phone interviews and screenings Staff new hires and re-staff existing employees Collaborate closely with HR Build knowledge of cities and regions Maintain organized candidate pipelines Solve issues quickly and follow up proactively Use creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified ABA therapists
