1-3 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role Fluent in English Fluent in ideally two Central and Eastern European languages Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn Ability to work autonomously and self-source solutions Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus Entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset Ability to write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment Active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams Experience with an HR or Fintech company (preferred) Experience at a fast-growing startup (preferred) Previously worked successfully in a remote & distributed team (preferred)
