Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role Fluent in English Fluent in ideally two Central and Eastern European languages Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn Ability to work autonomously and self-source solutions Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus Entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset Ability to write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment Active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams Experience with an HR or Fintech company (preferred) Experience at a fast-growing startup (preferred) Previously worked successfully in a remote & distributed team (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting Generate sales leads and opportunities Educate and develop leads via phone, email, events, and campaigns Identify and understand lead generation processes Map and penetrate accounts through email sequences and cold calls Conduct follow-up calls and emails to set meetings
