Own the marketing tech stack (manage, optimize, integrate tools like HubSpot). Lead database hygiene & lead flow management (tracking, segmentation, routing of leads). Support campaign execution (email campaigns, landing pages, A/B tests). Build reporting infrastructure (dashboards for funnel performance, campaign ROI, attribution). Analyze funnel metrics to identify drop-offs and optimize lead scoring. Act as liaison to Sales Ops for MQL handoff and pipeline tracking. Implement best practices in tagging, UTM tracking, lead enrichment, and nurture logic.
