6–8 years in Marketing Operations, Salesforce, or SaaS consulting, with demonstrated delivery leadership. 3–5 years of experience managing or mentoring technical marketing operations or marketing automation teams. Proven success managing project profitability, client outcomes, and consultant workload. Experience partnering with executive-level marketing and revenue leaders. Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, SFMC, Marketo, or similar) and Salesforce marketing functionality. Strong ability to navigate marketing strategy discussions. Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and project management best practices. Excellent escalation management, communication, and stakeholder-alignment skills. Demonstrated ability to coach and grow consultants.
