Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and/or comparable experience preferred. 1+ years supporting a sales team or B2B sales experience (MCA/short-term lending space, Payment Processing, Financial Services, or Consultative Sales preferred). Self-starter with ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment. Personal accountability, time-management, and organization skills. Goal-oriented leader with a proactive approach in developing relationships. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent analytical, presentation, and phone skills. Experience with contract/partnership negotiations is a plus. Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals. Communicate decisions effectively in both verbal and written communication. Team player with a strong sense of accountability. Experience achieving metric and quality performance. Excellent negotiation and business development skills. Efficient planning, organization and time management skills. Experience using Microsoft Office and Office 365. Experience with Salesforce CRM highly preferred, Tableau/NICE a plus.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily sales/partner support for ISO Partner Manager teams. Provide partner coverage when team members are unavailable. Update and maintain partner contact information in Salesforce. Work cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations. Communicate with partners via phone, email, text, and messaging. Respond to and initiate customer service inquiries from partners. Assist with ISO onboarding tasks. Vet potential partners and communicate approval or decline status. Collect required onboarding documents. Field inbound calls and oversee the Partner inbox. Oversee ISO recertification tasks. Update partners on underwriting policies, marketing material, and commissions.
