Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and/or comparable experience preferred. 2+ years of B2B sales experience in Payment Processing, Financial Services, and/or Consultative Sales. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent analytical, presentation, and phone skills. Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals. Efficient planning, organization and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and CRM.
Responsibilities:
Conduct proactive outbound outreach to new, underperforming, and terminated partners. Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns. Serve as main point of contact for newly onboarded ISOs. Educate new partners on Kapitus products and processes. Manage daily deal flow and track active opportunities. Build strong relationships with partner contacts. Provide support coverage for partner accounts. Strategize and implement new methods to grow accounts. Collaborate with Partnership Managers on growth and re-engagement strategies. Analyze and report on partner performance data. Maintain accurate CRM records and deal trackers.
