Deep knowledge of People processes, HRIS systems, labour law and compliance with special experience in leadership development initiatives. Proven ability to lead People projects from planning to rollout, guide stakeholders through change and bring structure to complex topics. High emotional intelligence with strong conflict resolution and relationship building skills paired with clear, empathetic communication supporting alignment and transparency. Experience using AI tools to transform People workflows and a willingness to experiment, learn and share your insights with others. Curious and entrepreneurial mindset: you think in systems, spot opportunities and challenge assumptions, bringing a data informed approach with the ability to define success and interpret trends. Business level German skills for administrative tasks and communication with German external stakeholders.
