Experienced in high-growth environments (Fintech, banking, or other high-growth tech companies) Solid UK employment law foundation and practical experience managing EoRs and overseas arrangements Comfortable navigating the practical application of frameworks like SM&CR and the PRA remuneration code Proven ability to provide practical advice, honest feedback, and coach through complex situations Energized to make work smooth, meaningful, and enjoyable Ability to identify root causes and design systemic solutions Think like a product manager to define problems, gather insights, and iterate Creative problem-solver who sees complexity as an opportunity Tech-savvy with experience using tools like Notion, HiBob, Ashby, and Zinc

Own the end-to-end people lifecycle (onboarding, progression, offboarding) Drive performance cycles and calibration Build simplified, standardized, scalable workflows Design clear progression models Partner with Finance for payroll and equity schemes Design reward structures and run pay review cycles Deliver people data insights and run culture surveys Evaluate and implement tools and systems Work across Cultivate and occasionally cover other roles
