Own the end-to-end people lifecycle (onboarding, progression, offboarding) Drive performance cycles, facilitate calibration, analyse data, design leadership tools and learning sessions Build simplified, standardised, scalable workflows Design clear progression models Partner with Finance for accurate payroll and manage share option schemes Design reward structures and run pay review cycles Deliver insights and run culture surveys Evaluate and implement tools, driving AI and automation Oversee third-party vendors (EoRs, background checks, benefits) Partner with CPO and team, occasionally covering other roles
