Build and own the Shopify partner program from scratch Recruit and activate 20-25 high-potential agency partners in the first 6 months Drive a 30 demos/month run rate through partner referrals Maintain a 50%+ win rate on partner-sourced leads Develop foundational partner materials (agreements, incentives, enablement kits) Build relationships with execs at top agencies and apps Collaborate with Sales for seamless handoffs and shared success Analyze performance, spot patterns, and optimize for scale
