Requirements:
8+ years of experience in a customer-facing, account management, sales or customer success role within mid-market or enterprise SaaS. Focus on retention, expansion, and account growth. Deep understanding of customer needs and ability to develop strategies for satisfaction, retention, and growth. Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Strong ability to identify revenue growth opportunities and achieve upsell/cross-sell targets. Comfortable using data and insights for decision-making. Ability to create and execute account plans. Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with autonomy.
Responsibilities:
Retain, grow, and expand a portfolio of high-value existing accounts. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional Gatekeeper solutions. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive renewals and reduce churn. Develop and execute customized account plans aligned with customer goals. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, addressing issues and ensuring positive outcomes. Become a subject matter expert in Gatekeeper's product offerings and VCLM. Use data and analytics to monitor account health and identify growth opportunities. Serve as a voice of the customer to the product and development teams.
