5+ years in a client-facing, sales-focused role, preferably in technology or digital marketing. Strong background in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development with the ability to understand technical concepts and customer engagement strategies. Familiarity with at least two of the following areas: CRM and customer engagement strategy, MarTech (CDP, CEP, Marketing Cloud), customer data management, or data analytics and reporting. Demonstrated sales acumen with experience in consultative selling and meeting/exceeding targets. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Strong organizational and project management skills with a proactive approach to transitioning accounts from sales to delivery. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, persuasive presentations.
