5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects Strong hands-on knowledge of Cisco network technologies and architectures Strong hands-on knowledge of Virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows Server ecosystem (AD, DNS, GPOs, etc.) Strong hands-on knowledge of Data center operations and technologies Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Highly organised with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget Preferred: PMP or PRINCE2 certification Preferred: ITIL Foundations certification Preferred: VMware VCP, Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE)

Lead full project lifecycles Define scope, set timelines, manage budgets, and mitigate risks Technical Delivery Oversight in Cisco networking, Virtualisation, Microsoft infrastructure, and Data Center technologies Act as the primary liaison between internal IT teams, business units, and external vendors Ensure alignment with IT governance, security policies, documentation standards, and KPI tracking
