IT & Digital Project & Portfolio Lead

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience of 5+ years in IT project management, program management, or portfolio management. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Excellent project and program management capabilities. Familiarity with agile and traditional project management methodologies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Innovative mindset with a passion for leveraging technology.

Develop and maintain the IT and digital portfolio strategy in alignment with organizational goals. Establish and enforce portfolio governance frameworks and processes. Monitor the progress and performance of ongoing initiatives within the portfolio. Optimize resource allocation across the portfolio. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the portfolio. Engage with senior leadership to align portfolio strategy with business objectives.
