Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on upselling or account expansion, preferably within the hotel tech space. Experience and/or education in hospitality operations. Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and challenges. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Business Suite, Groove, Zendesk, Canva, Generative A.I. Willingness to travel as required (< 10%).
