Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on upselling or account expansion. Experience and/or education in hospitality operations. Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and challenges. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Problem-solving mindset, with ability to analyze customer requirements. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Business Suite, Groove, Zendesk, Canva, Generative A.I. Willingness to travel as required (<10%)
Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed ambitious targets and revenue goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Proactively identify upselling opportunities within the existing customer base. Position additional software products or features aligned with customer business objectives. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with onboarding and product teams for smooth implementation. Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments.
