Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on upselling or account expansion. Experience and/or education in hospitality operations. Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and challenges. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Problem-solving mindset, with ability to analyze customer requirements. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
