At least 10 years of successful enterprise software sales management in a relevant area (Cloud Data Management/Integration preferred) Recent experience focused on SLED (State, Local, and Education) accounts Strong understanding of the Cloud Data Management / Integration market Proven track record of management and strategic selling 2+ years of experience leading a team with enterprise and tactical business objectives Experience of closing multi-million dollar, multi-year deals Experience building and managing a senior team in a SaaS or hybrid business Excellent coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills Ability to lead, motivate and direct a group of diverse individuals Ability to prioritize and make timely decisions Ability to work effectively with senior management and in a matrix environment Strong organizational skills and operational understanding Strong executive calling experience and presence Professional demeanor, articulate, with strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability & willingness to travel
